What are the benefits of purchasing Premium High Quality Olive Oil?
Can I cook with Olive Oil?
Yes, you can cook with high quality, fresh olive oil. The phenols found in fresh EVOO protect the oil from forming toxic Aldehydes when it is heated. Aldehydes begin to form in any type of cooking oil as soon as it begins to oxidize as a result of being heated. The type and freshness of oil, duration of cook and temperature are all factors in how ‘healthy’ the oil remains after heating. Therefore using only fresh high quality olive oil is essential when deciding to cook with olive oil.
What are the benefits of purchasing Premium High Quality Balsamic?
While Italy is the home of Balsamic it is also the only county in the world to regulate it’s production. Our Balsamic vinegar is not heat pasteurized and therefore still contains the ‘mother’ or pro-biodic colony that naturally ferment the product. Our Balsamic contains only the natural sugar of the grapes making it low on the glycemic index, contains no caramel colour, is flavoured using organic extracts and is gluten free. Learn More.
I have allergies, are your products safe for me?
Our products do not contain nuts, seeds, fish, shellfish, eggs, gluten, dairy or soy. Please note that ‘tree nuts’ are present in the same facility.
Are your products just for salads?
Not at all! While a simple dressing of olive oil and balsamic (start with 2 parts oil to 1 part balsamic) is incredibly healthy and much better than the premade dressings readily available at your local grocery store, there are many more ways to use Olive Oil and Balsamic.

Store your Balsamic in the cupboard, not in the fridge. Balsamic generally does not go bad, although some settlement may occur due to the live probiodics contained within.
Do you sell balsamic glaze?
We do not sell balsamic glaze as generally these are filled with additives which make the balsamic thicker. We recommend making your own balsamic reduction. Here is a recipe from a great site.
